Today’s theme: pushing myself out of my comfort zone.
- did my first weekend workout (instead of the too tempting excuse of sleeping in!)
- tried my first Power Plate class, which felt strange and was tough work to learn… but jumped into it anyway
- snacked often on nutritious food (pears, pistachios, cucumbers) and chose grilled fish with salad… In the face of deep fried seafood platters
- decided that I need START to even get the opportunity to beat my 2008 finish time. City2Surf… let’s go!
